According to a report, broadband users at home are expected to produce and post more user-generated content on the web. The report was published after extensive study undertaken by the Pew Internet & American Life Project. Almost forty eight million American adult have a say in some form of user-generated content on the internet.



Most of the users who contribute content on the web have broadband connection at their homes, the report concluded. Almost 73 percent of the contributors have broadband connection at their homes that constitute 31 million people.



No doubt, the Internet is gradually moving towards user-generated content.
