
British Airways cut-prices of its half of million tickets, to back in the business after strikes by cabin crew staff were called off.
People booking before February 6 will be able to take advantage of fares reduced by up to 68 per cent to 48 destinations, with many of the cut price flights departing in the next fortnight
Proposed Strike averted after settling the issues of pay, pensions and the management of sickness absence.
During strike British airways cancelled 1,300 flights which accounted to lost about 50,000 out of 77,000 passengers on Tuesday.
BA head of sales Andrew Crawley said;
Now the strike has been called off we have decided to further reduce many of our air fares so air travelers can take advantage of the higher than usual seat availability over the coming weeks at excellent prices.
