Sean Gallagher reports that the US Congress is preparing to consider a law that will likely legislate who can be called a “journalist.” And, that bill probably won’t include bloggers.
In other words, the privileges to be enjoyed by a journalist will apply only to those working for an established media business with lawyers on retainer, or to those who go through some sort of registration process.
