The usual rhetoric about any start up is that most of them fail in its initial years, but another fact is around ten percent of them have been successful as well. However, assistant professor Mukti Khaire has concluded in her paper that small companies have the ability to grow through intangible social resources, which include legitimacy, status and reputation.
In her research paper, Mukti Khaire has suggested that these intangible social resources can be obtained via incorporating and integrating traditional values in an organization and its presentation to the outside world.
