Almost half of the U.S. citizens are dependent on internet when it came to take major decisions, concluded a recently held survey. According to the survey Internet has become increasingly important and an integral part of life for the people in U.S. The survey has been conducted by Pew Internet and American Life Project, a non-profit group.
Around 60 million Internet users of U.S. which constitute around 45 per cent population having said that the Internet help them to take major decisions. The survey analyzed this mark was up by 40 per cent of Internet users survey held two years back.
The survey further informed that around 21 million people took the help Internet when they were seeking more training for a career. And around 17 million people used it for getting information about schools to help a family member and it has also been used to help people with major illness.
Almost 16 million people took the help of Internet to reach financial decisions, buying a car or major investment. However, only eight million people used it when they were looking for a new job.
