Recently Ed Keller took efforts to contrast various brands with the most word of mouth in comparison with brands with net-positive (positive minus negative) word of mouth. The conclusion was made after surveying 3,600 participants.
Toyota has topped the list with Wal-Mart staying at the second followed by Honda at the third.

The entire brands in the right column have positive word of mouth and are around ten per cent higher than the average of all other brands. Shockingly, Ford, which is one of the most talked about companies failed to appear in the top ten positive list.
