YouGov survey reveals that one in every six U.K. workers is indulged in consuming alcohol during working hours. This can be better translated into fact that one sixth of the entire British workforce stayed under the influence of alcohol during working hours in the last six months.



The survey further reveals that the consumption of alcohol may rise in the coming months owing to the coming Soccer World Cup. According to an estimate, around 2.9 million workers that constitutes almost one tenth of total British work force would definitely bunk off early to watch football match and 1.4 million would consume alcohol before coming back to work.
