What if your core adversary comes to the rescue? This took place when Pepsi informed Coca-Cola that some of their employees were interested in selling trade secret to Pepsi.



Despite of being arch-rival, Pepsi did a help to its ever-present staunch competitor Coca-Cola. Pepsi, not only succumb to the temptation of getting the secrets of its rival but acted as a whistleblower as well.



Just a few weeks back, Pepsi received a letter from a person who was offering to sell secret information and claimed to be a high up executive in Coca-Cola. However, Pepsi decided to inform its rivals regarding this development.



In turn, Coca-Cola informed FBI and urged them to probe the case. The investigation reported that Joya Williams, an administrative assistant, was caught on surveillance camera frisking away with the official documents in her bag.



The another person, Ibrahim Dimson who had changed his name ‘dirk’, involved in the case was also eventually arrested while selling of secret papers and a liquid sample. The third person called Edmund Duhaney, involved in the issue was also arrested.
