
OK, Play Station 3 (from Sony) is on parental control. PS2 (DVDs) and Xbox 360 (games, movies) also enjoy (or hate) a parental control option in them. But my question is will mom and pop across the globe be able to set up the security sensor password (without their child’s help, hehe, that is, what else) to prevent mature content. Believe me nobody reads dry and complicated user manual. And as far as functional expertise (?) goes gen-x always is more knowledgeable than their predecessors.
So Sony is making a commitment to the parents worldwide. That’s great. After rootkit controversy it needed something like this to repair broken image. The built in parental system will do that...to some extent
