This guy is a newly become web team manager at Seattle Children Hospital. Since he says hospital, I would consider he and his team is not responsible for bringing revenue to the hospital. This is an in house function. I presume so. Why I have said this because thus his approach to look at the probable recruits are different. He says,

These points are incredible, to read in detail click here. But the only question that bothers me when someone is bombered by these 12 points doesn’t there lie a chance he or she loses his/her originality and uniqueness during interview.
