We all know the famous founders: Bill Gates and Paul Allen, David Filo and Jerry Yang, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, and so on. While no one disputes that the founders first come up with the idea and get things rolling, but the later, along comes a new employee in the still small firm, and thinks up of that something extra that pushes it into the ‘big bucks league’.
Take Google’s Omid Kordestani. Insiders call him as Google’s “Business Founder”. He was the company’s 12th employee. He is credited to have come up with those ‘text- ads’ on google’s search pages, which bring in $3 billion in annual revenue, 90% of google’s total revenue.
