The spam King, Alan Ralsky, is finally held by the feds and DOJ has sealed the file for 72 hrs. Now the administration has sufficient evidences which are enough to keep him behind bars. The most lucrative part is he can reveal the entire network of hackers and spammers.
Fed is gearing itself fight down the entire network and the top culprits behind it. There are high risks of an enormous network breakdown in the hack scene. It is speculated that Alan Ralsky has information about a large part of the hackscene network that he can reveal.
Ralsky is one of the biggest spammers and he has maintained a wide network with huge spamlists. He is known to use crooked methods to bypass filters to acquire new lists.
This is not the first time Ralsky is confronting with the feds. In an almost similar case, Ralsky was raided and he remained safe at the end of the day. People are speculating that even this time the intensity of the case is same as that of in the year 2005.
According to a few he may be able to strike a deal with the DOJ for a reduced sentence or even full immunity is possible. The real bargaining power lies in the huge network he is dealing with for both the parties. Both the parties would likely to thrive on this point to gain greater leverage over the other party.
